France 2

Well here we are again, after a very rough ferry crossing,we arrived in Beavoir Sur Mer after a very long drive.Well worth all the travelling,a beautiful area famous for its salt marshes. The scenery is so beautiful, plenty of photo oppertunities. We like to pack a lot in to our trips,so after a typical French breakfast we set off early to explore every nook and cranny.
The coastline is amazing with enormous beaches, perfect for windsurfing etc.you can walk for miles along promenades, admiring the different styles of beach huts,i even saw one for nappy changing, you wouldnt get that at home.Everywhere is so clean and tidy,a real pleasure.
Just off the coast is an island reached by a 3km causeway, drivable at low tide, which we did.A tad scary when the tide is coming in ,not good if you get cut off half way across, which we didnt thank goodness.well worth a visit to such a lovely place.
Lots more to see and do in the coming days,so back soon with more photos i hope.
