Here is a recipe for some yummy Almond Granola Bars for when you are feeling peckish...............................
- 75 gms sunflower seeds,50 gms sesame seeds,125gms almonds,roughly chopped,100gms butter,100gms,soft brown sugar,2tblsps honey,150gms oats.
- Heat the butter,sugar and honey in a pan until mixed.Add the oats,nuts and seeds.Press into 6in by 8in lightly greased tin.Cook for 20-25 mins,Gas 5.Mark into squares,then cool before cutting.
- Best enjoyed with a cup of coffee and a good friend...............
